چکیده
Low quality home energy appliances and cables are responsible for huge electricity wastage in low-income households. Absence of efficiency standards labeling a policy households among the main causes bleeding developing countries. Energy initiative can save significant amount Pakistan. In this paper, we used four alternatives improvement low income at national level For developed an extended “multi-criteria decision-making” (MCDM) approach to choose best alternative as solution that should be able evaluate select scenario with respect eight criteria. We also q-ROF Einstein aggregation operators based MULTIMOORA approach. This is new hybrid technique more efficient capture uncertain incomplete assessments stakeholders terms q-ROFNs. MCDM approaches effective tools solving decision-making challenges. Our results show adoption criteria improve living has great potential conserve electricity, environment cost introducing government level.

Hesitant q-rung orthopair fuzzy aggregation operators with their applications in multi-criteria decision making
The aim of this manuscript is to present a new concept of hesitant q-rung orthopair fuzzy sets (Hq-ROFSs) by combining the concept of the q-ROFSs as well as Hesitant fuzzy sets. The proposed concept is the generalization of the fuzzy sets, intuitionistic fuzzy sets, hesitant fuzzy sets, and Pythagorean fuzzy sets as well as intuitionistic hesitant fuzzy sets (IHFSs) and hesitant Pythagorean fuz...
متن کاملIntuitionistic fuzzy sets or orthopair fuzzy sets?
Intuitionistic Fuzzy Sets (IFS) are defined as pairs of mutually orthogonal fuzzy sets. We discuss this approach from an algebraic point of view. As a result we characterize two implication operators on the collection of IFS, which on a particular subset of IFS behave as a Lukasiewicz and a Gödel implication.
متن کاملFuzzy Efficiency Measures in DEA: A New Approach based on Fuzzy DEA Approach with Double Frontiers
Data envelopment analysis (DEA) is a method to measure relative efficiency of a set of decision-making units (DMUs) which uses multiple inputs and produces multiple outputs. In the conventional DEA, crisp inputs and outputs are fundamentally necessary. But the observed values of inputs and outputs in real-world problems are sometimes imprecise. Thus, performance measurement often needs to be do...
متن کاملModernizing biomass energy
Biomass accounts for an estimated one-third of all energy used in developing countries today. Most of this biomass is used inefficiently and with significant pollutant emissions by the more than 2 billion people who cook using direct combustion of biomass. Contrasting today’s use of biomass energy, several recent major assessments of future global energy supply show much larger roles for biomas...
متن کاملEnergy Efficiency in Iran Provinces: DEA Approach
The main aim of this paper is to evaluate the energy efficiency in 30 provinces of Iran by applying the different methods of DEA and Anderson and Peterson during the period of 2009-2013. Also, since classical analysis models do not differentiate efficient cases, the AP method (Anderson-Peterson) was used to rank efficient units for evaluating efficiency correctly. So that combination of input v...
